Prior to working at Brown Harris Stevens Rajan spent the first half of his career as a designer in the fashion industry in Paris and New York. Always inspired by the Manhattan real estate market, he quickly began his career in real estate sales after relocating from Paris.

Allison joined Rajan Khanna’s team in her role as Junior Associate in 2020. After moving to Brooklyn from her beloved home in Rhode Island just four years ago, Allison quickly developed a strong interest in the alluring and distinct New York City real estate market. She began her career at the Corcoran Group, and as her interests evolved, so too did her professional path.

In her current role, she draws from her hospitality background to create seamless, client-oriented transactions. She strives to implement effective administrative systems for her team on both micro and macro levels and enjoys contributing to the creation of meaningful marketing collateral for buyers and sellers alike.

Allison graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rhode Island. She currently resides in lovely Clinton Hill, Brooklyn.
